Financial Need

Adoption is very expensive, and some of you have asked how you can help with this aspect of adoption. So, first off, thank you for asking! We maintain a strict budget. However, with a mortgage payment, childcare, and some other expenses that have come up... we decided that it would be best to reach out to our village and ask for support.  

For those of you praying hard for us, thank you as well. Prayers alone are amazing and greatly needed. However, if you find yourself wanting to give something, you can see our funding page here. It's through a site called Free Funder. 100% of the donations go to the people you donate to.

We have an estimated amount of $10,500 due by December. That's before we even get matched with a family. 

So, in a very vulnerable moment, Ryan and I are both writing this post together. We know that God always provides, so we can set all our anxieties down. However, that is a daunting amount coming to come up with. Maybe this kiddo won't need a baby shower but just a meet-and-greet, because this kid is going to take a village to bring them home with all kinds of different support. 

Again, we don't keep score on who contributes or not. We love you all. Just some have asked how to help, and we thought Mount Everest would be a little less scary with this kind of support.
